How Chaperone works

Find help nearby and manage the full service journey in one place.

Chaperone is built for people who need trusted local services and for providers who want a clearer way to be discovered. From live map discovery to in-app messaging, bookings, reviews, and profile sync, the platform keeps the service flow in one place across Android and the web portal.

Two modes, one account

Users can move between Hire and Work without creating separate accounts. A provider can manage services, pricing, availability, transport preferences, and service radius, then switch back to hiring someone else whenever help is needed.

A clearer service journey

Chaperone supports nearby discovery, booking requests, availability scheduling, direct messaging, favorites, reviews, check-ins, and safety tools such as reporting and SOS support so each service is easier to manage from first contact to completion.

Discover locally

Use location-aware browsing to find nearby providers, compare profiles, and choose based on service, rate, and trust signals.

Keep communication inside the platform

Messages, files, and booking updates stay connected to the job instead of being scattered across outside apps and phone calls.

Stay synced everywhere

Profile details, services, rates, availability, and account activity can be updated from the Android app or the website and stay aligned.
